Privacy policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
This is a starting MVP draft. Before launch, have counsel review for state and federal privacy law (Nevada SB 220, CCPA/CPRA where applicable, GLBA, etc.).
What we collect
- Account: your email address, the time you signed up, sign-in events.
- Wizard answers: the information you enter to prepare your purchase agreement, including identifying information about you and the property.
- Payment metadata: order history and Stripe identifiers. We do not store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles those.
- Service logs: standard server logs for security and debugging.
How we use it
To run the service: generate your PDF, deliver it by email, allow you to resume drafts, process payments, and (for the Represented path) hand off to the licensed brokerage. Aggregate, non-identifying data may be used to improve the product.
What we share
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, PDF delivery).
- Anthropic — AI explainer queries (Anthropic does not train models on API inputs).
- Clark County GIS — only the address you type, sent as a parcel-lookup request.
- Our licensed brokerage — only when you select the Represented path.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep your drafts and orders while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; we will remove your records within 30 days, except where we must retain them for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personal information under NRS 603A.340 — note that we do not sell personal information.
